A private/public partnership to develop +150,000 sf of academic and laboratory space and associated dormitory and support areas for (3) Higher Education Institutions for research and instruction. Design responds to sensitive wetlands and coastal location.
Next Phase Studios will be applying for LEED Platinum certification for Higher Education Buildings and Living Community Challenge certification for site planning/community.
