Broad Institute Restaurant [Ames Street Deli]

An elaborate restaurant fit-out at the new Broad Institute research tower in Cambridge, MA. The facility includes a full bar, commercial kitchen with complex high-rise mechanicals and 3 separate dining areas. The systems are low energy, and all lighting LED with careful recovery and replacement air to manage all cooking and exhaust air for a low energy facility. The design includes an internal mezzanine and the inclusion of craft elements from local artisans.
