This project for the Boston Housing Authority (BHA) involves exterior envelope repairs and upgrades to (4) scattered sites throughout the Boston area. The scope includes a full recladding of the exterior envelope and upgrades to meet and exceed current Stretch Energy Codes including an option to meet Passive House standards. Upgrades will include a new thermal envelop with new windows and doors that will improve thermal performance and minimize energy maintenance.
