Next Phase Studios is retained by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) to provide a range of architectural services on a wide range of publicly bid projects. Services performed include scope assessment, programming, cost estimates for modernizations, repairs and renovations. These projects range from simple repairs and ADA upgrades to full renovations, alterations and deep energy retrofits. We are currently providing design work and technical assistance for (14) Public Housing Authorities and have completed (25) house doctor projects.
