Education Institutions for research and instruction. Design responds to sensitive wetlands and coastal location. Innovative sustainable strategies incorporated into both building and site including daylighting, passive ventilation, high performance envelope and storm water management. Complex program with all aspects of the spaces and building construction being educational and instructional tools.
Next Phase Studios will be applying for LEED Platinum certification for Higher Education Buildings and Living Community Challenge certification for site planning/community.
