This was a renovation/addition project to an existing Craftsmen Style wood frame, 2-Family home. The goal is to review several options in design for a new access stairwell with a custom railing, new dormers, and additional living space including 1-2 bedrooms suites. In addition, custom bike storage shed is designed to be incorporated into the yard fence.
