The Pine Barrens Wilderness Center [PBWC] project is the renovation and repurposing of an existing camp in Kingston, MA founded by the Sisters of Divine Providence in 1947. The vision for the new ecological center is a campus of regenerative buildings and systems that make it an ecological learning laboratory for campers and staff. The wilderness center will aim to achieve Living Community Challenge certification.
