The Blue Meadows Family Development is comprised of 28 two-story wood frame residential buildings occupied in 1951. Over the years, New Bedford Housing Authority has been replacing boilers, siding and upgrading bath fixtures. This project is a continuation of these targeted upgrades and including replacement of storm doors, bulkheads, railings, bath fans, and toilets to 7 of these homes.
