Gloucester Housing Authority – George W. McPherson Park Elderly Housing Development

Architectural design services for a three-part project. The 1st phase is a complete modernization of the 100-unit mid-rise elderly development. The scope covers landscape improvements, which includes raised and accessible planters, bathroom upgrades to all accessible units, and a dramatic redesign for the ground floor community spaces, kitchens, and social/medical service offices.
