Lowell Housing Authority – Lakeview Avenue Elderly Housing Development

We are working with the Lowell Housing Authority in providing full architectural and engineering services for kitchen & bath modernization, electrical upgrade, site work, building envelope upgrades and accessibility upgrades at all three buildings in the Lakeview Avenue Housing Development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Extensive ADA upgrades along with site improvements and addition of a new ADA unit.
