This 3-family home is a brand new construction of a contemporary, low-energy, 2-Unit structure replacing a dilapidated Carriage House next to an existing single-family Victorian home. This project included an extensive zoning process.
Extensive customized features included were created with the client. From kitchen and bath details to a custom natural wood railing were created in-house.
